Was just told the 10 day “arbitration” not only doesn’t apply to this particular establishment, but it includes the shipping time, and considering it took the just as unreliable shipping company Ready Logistics 9 days to get it to us, how in the world is that a realistic chance to thoroughly check out our purchase to make sure it is what they said. which it isn’t at all… arrived with CEL coming on same day, and upon accelerating the engine malfunction alert came on too. Failed to list those things is an understatement when they put “none” in the section for engine issues… didn’t list the roof not working properly, the interior panels broken, power liftgate not working nor mention of the remote not locking the vehicle at all, which all could have been acceptable if the vehicle runs properly, but it does not! There’s no way these are all just something that slipped by. This was purposely intended to deceive the next buyer, and their shady behavior after the fact solidifies this belief. Then manheim wants to classify the auction as “independent” to absolve themselves but sanctioned this group disguised as a business to begin with. All future reviews will include names of the unwilling to resolve!

I had a terrible experience - Emily and Anabel but Josh especially who is never AVAILABLE. I did not want to bring race into it but clearly it has a part to in these people business. No communication at all from them. I should not have to wait 5months+ for a title. Sending emails trying to reach out and they never have anything else to say but "they've reached out to the seller and can't do anything about it" -we paid for a service and we are claiming what's ours. if you do not have the title then give us our money back because the car is just sitting at the auction there not much we can do about it. i hate that i have to write in here but since my emails are being IGNORED... be transparent- stop the lies and the cover up. IF that titled was mailed to the wrong address you would have received it back. you would have a copy of the title you should be able to something and not just sit in the office. -or at least a REFUND!edited to add. I have never spoken with you Josh only thru email and never did I mention legal with you. The last email you said you got in contact with the seller and tittle will be in between 3-4 weeks we going into the 5th week as of today august 7… also who sends a title without requesting a signature especially with fedex.. furthermore we have listed 2 addresses on Manheim and there is CLEARLY a mailing address that only your office missed because we’ve been in this business for over a decade and this is the first so please acknowledge your mistake and fix the issue. Or better yet refund! Thank you.

As a long time Florida dealer principal, who has been going to auctions for nearly 14 years, there are few auctions with a better staff or service. If there is an issue, these pros are on it. And with a great attitude. I would hire just about anyone who works there in about 2 seconds. Great sale.
