There is usually a line when if first opens but you are in and out pretty quick.
Yes you need to get there early and plan for at least and hour they usually have lunch for your children and will kep them busy while you complete your paper work. Bring mail as proof of address .
It isn't supposed to be a long wait, however it can vary depending on the tine of day and month. Especially busy before holidays.
