I just spoke with. You will need to contact them with the zip code of the family in need. They are using organizations in the community to help distribute turkeys based on the zip code. At the location they will need a picture ID and some proof of residency in that zip code such as an electric bill, apartment lease, etc.. I asked for a list by zip code and they weren't willing to send me that, so you will need to call.
