If you're in a group until 9 pm because they close the doors after that time. However if its past that time you can go in through the emergency waiting room. You would have to check in with the security guard and they will ask for the name or room number.
There are no visiting hours at Banner Estrella. In fact, visitors are encouraged as part of the healing environment!
