Waited 30 mins for table which didn't mind, as former kitchen employee I Know and was expecting a wait. What I didn't understand is why took another hr and half to get food!? Hmm. Not really impressed!

i agree, i would have left, that is unacceptable. but your experience is the exception, i have eaten there countless times and 95 percent of the time the service is good. Employee turnover is high in PF.

I agree. That was excessive. They should have at least offered an explanation and a courtesy dessert or something.
