Turning Point makes exceptions all the time. My friend had a 20 year old roommate seeing a 21 year old, also staying there. There is also no such thing as a waiting list. The Director-George- always keeps rooms open for his favorites that come and go and come back. They are frequent flyers. It should be called George's Hotel.
Turning Point is an older community but it is decided on case by case so go by and talk to them they may have space for you.
