Update: 10/7/2022. Thank you McCoy and Harrison for stepping up to resolve the issues with the arrangements that were sent to our family but not received by us. I knew of 3 not being received but only 2 of those came from my customer and inlaws. They have both been taken care of. It was resolved the way I would expect from a service that has been in business for as long as McCoy and Harrison has been. It is this level of commitment that will never be forgotten. ❤️ The two families had the arrangements resent to our business. Again, I don't know if the 3rd missing arrangement was handled. I may never know about that one since I don't have contact with the church that sent it. I wanted to do what I felt was only right and that is to update my review so that others can see that you all do take the time to make the things right that you have control over. Thank you. ------------------- We chose McCoy and Harrison as the funeral home to lay our mom to rest. I am giving them 3 stars because they failed to deliver to the sanctuary and my sister's home all the arrangements sent to our family. I have received at least 2 messages asking if we got the arrangements. My aunt learned of 1. At this point I don't know how many others were sent and were not delivered to us. Mr. Thompson assured me if they verified receiving them they will take care of the replacement or refund the family who sent them. Each one we know of so far has been verified that the arrangement arrived and was logged into their book. Now one of my customers says they will not return their calls or the florist's calls. Now Mr. Thompson is saying there is nothing he can do. Why in the world would we say we didn't get something like flowers if we had. We trusted this funeral home. They have been used for other family members and friends. Please learn from us that funeral homes don't always deliver to you what was sent to you. The way we found out was I wanted to send thank you cards to my customers and friends. My in-laws called to see if we received theirs and that opened Pandora's box. Shame on you McCoy and Harrison. I'm going to write Channel 13 to see if they will open an investigation. There is a lot of money in these arrangements. Are you guys stealing and reselling to others?

I would like to thank McCoy and Harrison Funeral Home for their professional caring service. We are out of state therefore we had to rely solely on the funeral home to handle getting our loved one back home in a timely fashion. While this time has been very difficult for our family Mr. Thompson from the funeral home made things so much easier. I would like to add that from the very moment I spoke with him I knew we were in good hands. Their professionalism, empathy and customer service is to be commended! If you are in the area or not I give you my 100% stamp of approval that they will take care of you and your love one. Burying a sibling was the hardest event of my lifetime. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding care that Marcus Jammer and the team at McCoy and Harrison Funeral home gave my Family. This event was tragic, We are still healing, however when I reach out to Marcus who I have personal been acquainted since elementary School, The level of professionalism is unmatched. The sympathy and compassion was extremely heartfelt. Death is unavoidable, however it brought my family great comfort having the support of the professionals of this establishment.
