Do not do business with these people . Unless you want to receive the wrong ashes and still no death certificate for after 4 months . Didn’t care about finding the solution or apologizing . Care about the money more than the people that’s paying them.

Mr Bill Clair is walking in purpose. I thank God for his compassion, patience, and love for people; especially during the time of bereavement. He took special care of my husband in January 2020 and now has lovingly cared for his daughter; my bonus daughter in May 2021. They were not just a business, they treated us like Family. I would recommend them to anyone who love their Loved ones. God Bless the Clair Family.

If I could give them 0stars I would. This place is by far the worst funeral home I have ever encountered. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only have they been dragging their feet on the services of my loved one but they have been no help at all. They made multiple mistakes ie not sending casket measurements to the cemetery and also not billing the burial with the funeral home expenses, as we are told they are supposed to do, because of this our loved ones burial has been postponed another week. They lie and when they get caught in the lie they stop answering the phone and would not even let the daughter of my loved one into the funeral home refusing her the right to see her mother. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME. We will be looking into legal help to get our issues resolved since they(Bill Clair and staff) are not able and professionally trained to do so.

I just what thank you again for the care of my mother Jerry Hammack 18 yrs ago. You will be treated like family. I have set many people in their time of need to them. I have an active paramedic in the houston area for 30 yrs. I have only heard good thing from them later. So thank again I took my son to Oak Island NC where her ashes were spread which prompted this comment Bart Hammack

Ms. Haywood, Unfortunately over time and because of past floods and hurricanes in Houston, many records were either lost or damaged. There are many websites that offer info about family heritage. You might try the website www.findagrave.com. They have records that include where a loved was buried and often there are family member names listed there too.
