What?? That's sorry if this is true about the maintenance. I live there too and yet to see those gates fixed and I've been there for 16 months. I recently had someone get into my vehicle as well and stole some things out of it....
Family and friends still can’t get in. My mom stays here and she doesn’t have a car. I was told that in order for her family and friends to come she has to have a phone. They told me to park at the front gate. I explained that if I park outside of the gate that my car would be towed, they said that they knew that. Well management and maintenance sucks!!! My mom pays for pest control, sewage, and all other kind of utility fees and the water is always off without notice. They refuse to give my mom the corporate office number lol. When I do find it I’ll start a protest outside the gates and call Fox26 News Nate Griffin or Isaiah Thomas I promise. The new management company SUCKS as well as the Maintenance crew.
They finally fixed the gates and assigned parking lots for visitors.
