I don't really do reviews but I had an amazing experience at this apartment complex! I was instantly greeted by all the girls in the office. Management so friendly and thoughtful. You can tell the staff really cares. Lilian is great to work with and stay in contact with you every step of the way to make the process go as smooth as possible. Me and my husband can’t wait to move in. The office is definitely is our happy place!

This property is so well kept! The staff was very helpful, I toured a couple of units they were all beautiful. So far best property in the area. Unfortunately Washer and dryer was a must and am not needing a 2 bedroom so I will have to look somewhere else but overall property was great

Not a good apartment community

Management sucks....
What?? That's sorry if this is true about the maintenance. I live there too and yet to see those gates fixed and I've been there for 16 months. I recently had someone get into my vehicle as well and stole some things out of it....

I think its a set monthly rate and you have to make 3 times the rent in income each month
Hello Ms. Guzman, Please come by the Rental office in regards to your referrals. There is a Resident Referral Form that needs to be filled out. Please ask for Dan. Referral Policy. Resident Referral Policy: To receive the rent credit, the current resident must be listed as the “source”, both residents must be current on rent, referring resident must be occupying the apartment home for a minimum of 30 days and status for both residents in ResMan must be Current. Condition of award equals execution of 12 Month or greater lease for new resident and new resident must pay 2 full months rent prior to referring resident receiving credit.
