Terrible management, they never know anything. In recent months it is rare that we have water for a whole day. Supposedly they are making improvements to the pipes but rarely do they announce that they are going to cut off the supply. It's been almost a week since we have had hot water, I called to ask when they are going to solve this problem and they rudely answer that they don't know. The manager is a despot who always responds with a sour face like she's sucking on a lemon.

I have been in this community since 2018 and never have I had to deal with the incompetency of any owner/manager of this property in the past until now. I dropped off a money order to Regina and it was never turned in, The new owner began doing upgrades and now I have an infestation of roaches in my unit that I have made multiple complaints on and nothing has been done, they have added additional charges and aren't informing the renters, this new owner has opted out of the renters assistance programs and raising rent without notice. There is no corporate office number to call if you need to. needless to say myself and other renters have reported this property to AHA and my next step is to file a complaint with the BBB and will not be resigning my lease.

((THIS IS FOR NIELSON PROPERTIES)) or whatever they're called ((NOT FOR KPM; i actually liked KPM)) I moved here in March of 2021(KPM), though they weren't that great to begin with, i never had any issues from the staff members. Any time i had a maintenance request, it was always tended to in a timely manner. Here we are a year later and these new owners (Nielson Properties) are making my stay even more unpleasant. They came in February of 2022 and i immediately let them know that my lease was about to end and i wanted to renew. Here we are in May and I still have yet to receive a new lease. But they're so quick to put a notice on your door saying you owe something and wanting to fine you for every little thing. Office ladies are incompetent and have extremely poor communication skills. One person says one thing and does another, no one Is on the same page but us as tenants have to pay the price and suffer the consequences. Now I'm having to pay nearly $100 more for the same crappy apartments. They think a new paint job and "fixing" the roof Is going to make it better. And the people they have doing the “renovations” are the worst. They do not thoroughly clean up after themselves. There are all kinds of nails and trash/debris left on the side walks and even on my patio. Yeah was on my patio along with some top for a whole week until i decided to clean it myself. Then not to mention the water! There were already issues with the water now they're cutting it off nearly everyday and when it is on, it's not hot at all!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone, by far the worst apartments I've ever lived in and unfortunately for me i do have other crappy apartments to compare it to. Also parking is terrible! They only give you one assigned parking spot, not enough visitor parking and it's very far to even get to.

Love the new apartment & the upgrades they done to them. The new manger Regina & the staff are wonderful. The helped me find a great apartment, since it’s my first time renting an apartment.

German roaches. Took a couple weeks but we got rid of them for the most part. Try boric acid.

They do answer. The times i called they did now if they are busy with walk ins or meeting then they cant.
