I have paid my deposit since March of this year. I have been given the run around also. Every time I call they direct me to the next week. They are very unproductive. I been homeless since December of last year. Contacted them got excepted to still be homeless today. They told me in July the unit was ready that's from March. Inspection was set for last week unit was not ready so they couldn't inspect. Inspection told them to have it done this week. Inspection came again this week unit still not done. So I called today they stated unit is is finished which is date after inspection but I have to wait until next week. This company is ridiculous.

Don't move here you will have a terrible experience the outside appearance is nice so is the inside but I don't believe that the cameras work here or it wouldn't so much trouble here

Residents have been informed as of May 2022, No More Money Orders. Online rent pay only. Residents must use the Rent Pay section of Vickery Parc Apartment's website to pay rent. The office staff suggest residents use eCheck to avoid the $28.11 Convient fee charged for using a Debit/Credit card. eCheck is one of the many choices when trying to pay the rent via the website. eCheck is linked to your Checking or Savings account with no fees. Have your Routing# and Account# handy for ease of set up. There is a choice for One Time Payment or Reoccurrence (same day each month). 👍

If you decide to live here do not expect a quick move in. They will give you the run around! I paid a deposit in March of this year and at the time they didn't tell me that I would be waiting MONTHS!!!!! Every time I call for an update they tell me 2 weeks and in another two weeks they tell me again another two weeks. And a woman lied to me and told me that some kids broke into the unit I'm getting and threw paint on the wall and carpet NOT TRUE AT ALL

Dont do it !!!! They are ROACH & RAT infest & they never come out and fix anything !!!! Management is rude as heck & the maintenance man in the black truck with the white hood always has a funky attitude . Nothing but RATS ROACHES & MOLD

Yea... Tameka is a mess and abuses authority... frequently enters your apartment without 24hr notice... failure to comply with privacy policy... I heard the property owner is being sued for property negligence...

Why are they towing cars in the apartment complex that is registered on the apartment website?

If they are Visitors they have to register every 24 hours.Our complex where I work at doing the same thing. As far as for the actual residents it may be a registration issue past due, double parking, Flat tire, a car that look like it was here for a while and never moved, Also a stolen car as well they can tell. They trying to have parking for the residents I live here as well I had to go through high water to even get the code to register. I am not apart of the office but I am apart of the multifamily housing industry. This is what they all are doing. All meaning everything complex imaginable. This also weeds out unauthorized tenants as well. My recommendation is to call or go in for the code if you don't have it and also make sure you register every 24 hrs. Print or. Screenshot the registration completed just in case. It will show how many hours have left for a visitor and the exact time it expires save your frequent visitors to your profile that may help 24 hrs keep record of it.

Yes they are income based. They take application on Tuesday after 1 and you can return them on Wednesday after 1...its good here if you mind your business and keep to yourself... Blessings
