I am not a resident at this complex but I have to post this review. I showed up for a tour as well as to talk to the leasing agent regarding renting an apartment. When I arrived the overall aesthetic was pleasing and welcoming. The agent came in and immediately acknowledged me. Once he sat down with me, he answered everyone of my questions. I did not at any point feel like he was going to force me into signing a lease (had an experience at another locale). Just a great experience. Edited: The above post is from 3 years ago but unfortunately, after today's experience I will no longer consider this complex as part of my residential choice. I get there on time for my appointment and the individual I am supposed to meet with is no where to be found. Finally she hung up a call and from then on I detect an attitude. Here's a bit of advice regarding customer service, if you provide excellent customer service customers will not only enjoy the experience but without delay apply. Anyways, the entire time I felt like this individual was being condescending. She, on the phone, states there's an apartment available on December 5 and that is why I decided to check this place, well turn out that it is not December but November. She kept reiterating that they will only hold it for 2 weeks. From the beginning I mentioned I cannot and will not move till 5 of December or later. Finally she is like we can hold it for a month. She, I am not sure who she spoke to, said that they have guaranteed it for a month. Well here's the thing for the area this apartment is located and it has the name luxury doesn't mean much if the mgmt thinks their running the ritz Carlton. I got home and decided nope not going to move there. I am good with that. I do not recommend this place. One thing, their future resident parking is the worlds biggest joke. I am not sure how many people are visiting but EVERY single spot was taken. Again after seeing this I was like no thanks.

Have lived here for 2 years. Cars are always getting broken into. 3 occasions Multiple trucks and cars were hit. Rims stolen on all at least 20 cars. Smh security is a joke. Probably I'm on it. How the hell do thieves steal 8 sets of rims and not be seen.

The old management, although not always friendly, took care of you. Since being bought by Keener Management Company they have taken a drastic turn. If you value safety, a place to park your car much less visitor parking, and customer service, this is not the place for you. I mentioned to them many times how unsafe this property is with them not fixing gates in a timely manor and not keeping walk in entrance gates locked either. Any one can get into the property and will. I was approached by a few individuals asking for money and rides that clearly were not from the property. Also, they lack customer service completely. They left me without AC for 10 days in 80+ degree weather and at one point said "there will be relief with the cold front coming through". Do they not realize we live in Texas and a "cold front" is 75 degree weather? I work from home and had to find other arrangements for those 10 days.Lastly, upon move out they charged me $400.10 for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and a parking pass. Parking passes are not reusable and the carpet and apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to move out. This means they kept my security deposit. They stated they did not receive payment and proceeded to send me to collections. Please save yourself the headache and fear for your own safety and move anywhere else!!!!

⚠️ 🛑 If I could give negative star reviews I would, this is negative 10 stars. Move here if you want to get your car stolen, key ignition ripped out, your garage door has drill holes cause of an attempted break in, your property managers are nefarious and can’t be relied upon. I am not capping or over exaggerating. Wheels and rims are reported stolen almost every day and management does not care, they still need the rent, and your car needs to be fixed despite that there is no real security. You’re like a sitting duck over there. It’s their fault your car got stolen and that your property is damaged, and you still need to pay. Please don’t move here, if only I could make a TV advertisement that exposes the corruption and pettiness of this management.
