Whoever comes up with regulations at this complex need to do better. New "parking rules" were put in place and you can no longer back into a spot even though many still do where signs are clearly posted and no cars have been towed. They focus on the cars they choose to have towed. Veronica Garcia in the front office said that there's a site where cars are registered for this apartment. Can't be true because how can a tow company register a vehicle that isn't being stored on their property, much less list the ownership of several cars on a public site. Rent has increased because they receive incentives for this service at the renters expense. Many tow companies(the one they use) don't even have websites so they tell you what they want and tow your car in the wee hours of the night. The extra money these people make don't fix these apartments though nor pick up the trash all over the grounds daily. Tenants just throw their trash bags on the ground at the dumpster, hence roaches and rodents in the dumpsters. And you worry about towing cars. I don't need the "owner response" under my comment explaining anything or tryna call me out cuz it won't make anything mentioned less true. But respond anyway with calling me out(yall famous for that), rules and explanations for why ALL CARS IN VIOLATION aren't towed and whatever else you make up. I'd love to see what lies you come up with.🙃 and put the web link of the car registration site that's open to the public cuz I could be wrong it may exist. Thanks 😊

Do yourself a favor and just do NOT move here! Management doesn’t care about your concerns at all. My neighbors moved A MONTH ago and the apartment hasn't even been opened. One word ROACHES 🪳! The apartment grounds are always dirty. I am counting down the days till I can move. They were low income but now they are not, they raised the prices but still no/low income service. Just DONT DO IT! Save urself the trouble.

Currently living here .. nice apartment for your first apartment but completely INFESTED WITH ROACHES! It's sooo bad and they always say pest control but the stuff doesn't help! The roaches are so horrible and I clean my apartment almost all day everyday it's ridiculous, I shouldn't have to do this and work 8hr shift jobs just to live comfortably. My kids be having roaches crawling in their bed and the kitchen ... Let's not get into the kitchen!! In the master bedroom too they are EVERYWHERE! The roaches comes out the vents and cracks in the walls and even out your front door! I've exterminated myself about 4 times and NOTHING works for the roaches. And also they do NOTHING about noise complaints. I stay under people with about 5 children and they be bumping and jumping ceiling fans be shaking and they do NOTHING. Do not waste your money here it's not worth it. They be shooting almost every night over here. How am I supposed to feel safe in my home? I just can't wait to move when my lease is up!! I would post photos but it's so nasty man but if anyone wants pictures of how bad the roaches are feel free to email me and I will happily send them!

I like living here, it's quiet, clean; manager and staff are nice, maintenance responds fast. Apartments are spacious and price much lower than others.
