I have had a pretty decent experience here so far. I am almost at year 2 being here. Maintenance is good. They always come in a timely manner to fix things for me. I live in a townhouse on one side of the property. My only complaint is that sometimes there is a weird smell coming through the vents when the air conditioner is on, which is why I gave them 3 stars. I’m not sure what that’s about but hopefully they can fix the issue. Otherwise, it’s quiet at night, it’s a beautiful scenery, neighbors mind their own business, the ppl in the office are cool & the maintenance. Im good. I would recommend.

I haven’t lived here for long. At first I was upset because they showed me an apartment that was beautifully remodeled and I was super excited to move. Then later when I paid to move and finally looked at the apartment, it wasn’t like the one I first saw:( Other than that, maintenance is great and very friendly. Office staff have helped me with every problem I’ve had. And i grew to love my apartment. I would recommend this place to friends or family.

Recently moved out after 4 years. Management has changed 3 times. The staff in the front do not understand customer service and they change rules so they will not be responsible. Luxury where? They show pictures of the units remolded downstairs. Ask to see upstairs because everything is out dated. They patch, glue and spray over everything when you ask the fix it and that takes almost a month. If they show up. My fault for moving here. Definitely upgraded to a complex that is better. Roaches, spiders, poor installation everywhere and they have charge you 1000 or more

Currently live here. Put in a maintenance request about two months. Called multiple times no answer then decided to call from a different number then they picked up right away just seconds later after I called them with my number. They finally send some one three weeks later and all the guy said “I’ll let them know” and the problem hasn’t been fixed. So I called again and they put another maintenance request and still nothing weeks later. They did some work on the apartment window above me but the maintenance guy left all his trash on my patio. Told the front office and still no response. Just remember they do screen their calls so if you are calling them and they don’t answer try from another number and they pick up from a number they don’t know.

My son's apartment was pretty bad when they first moved in but we used the boric acid powder, which you can get at the Dollar General it Wal-Mart, and they haven't had an issue since. They've lived there for a year now so....and are right by the woods and park area.
