Edit as of September 6th, 2022 (5 months after move-in): While originally, the customer service prior to move in was great, my children have been blamed for plumbing issues the first month we moved in. But the pipes aren’t lined up correctly so my kids can’t take baths otherwise water will leak and cause damage to our downstairs neighbor. The maintenance staff insisted it was my kids over flowing the tub, and the second maintenance staff just agreed with the first staff member. Even said because the prior staff member has been working here longer than him and is therefore inclined to believe him than us, even though we live in the apartment. The second staff member did no further work to see if there may be a plumbing issue. I’m scared to call them due to just being blamed for any pre existing damages due to the age of the apartment building. Our floors have multiple spots where there is loose concrete/holes under the carpet (we live on the second floor). We have had our kids bikes and coolers on the patio (since day of move-in) and foldable outside chairs (folded and laying down on the patio floor, which can be arguably patio furniture) we have been given 3 different notices threatening to charge us a $75 policy violation fee. The first 2 of 3 of these “policy violations” we were never clearly notified specifically what wasn’t supposed to be on our patio. The last and most recent one now specifically stating that our kids bikes and coolers are not allowed on the patio due to only patio furniture is allowed. We haven’t been charged for any of these policy violations as of yet but it is nerve wracking to continue to receive these notices and scared to be charged for something else in the future. This apartment complex doesn’t offer any type of storage and has very small closets. If you have kids who have bikes or a bike of your own, keep in mind you will need to make space INSIDE your apartment for them. You might have better luck if you live downstairs where others can’t see much of anything out on your patio. I have changed my review due to these issues. I hope that when our lease ends we will be able to move somewhere else with less issues. Posted in March 2022: I haven’t stepped foot on the property yet or met anyone in person. Yessica has provided a wonderful email/phone call experience from the start! I’m in Austin, TX moving back to Houston so I have to do everything digitally or phone calls. I was recommended this property by Done Deal Cosign. I was interested in working with them to apply to this apartment complex. I applied on Friday and Yessica told me on Monday that I was approved and didn’t need to use Done Deal Cosign’s services! I was very happy to hear that and happy to move in soon!

They’re nice don’t get me wrong. But don’t do it to yourself by moving here to be honest. The AC? A joke Lol, just buy a fan at this point , they might fix it but it’ll go right back to messing up. The rent? Another complete joke , light was so high & most of the time my AC will not work. When it came down to the rent there was always added fees and it made the rent so high. & honestly, it was not worth it at all. The Apartment? The best one yet, it will completely look different from what they show , literally it will not be the same model & i’m not even joking. But if you are desperate like I was because i work & in college & need something quick this is the place. Ohhh , the last month? They will charge you literally for anything! Logged into the portal says I owe 2,000! They are INSANE if they think I will be paying that. I paid my last month , signed the apartment off. Done with this place completely. & if you don’t have no pets no worries, you have plenty of roaches as pets. & Also theirs so much waste of dogs outside it is freaking insane, unbelievable.

According to all the comments, the worst place they give a price later they raise it and they never fix things and there is no security I do not recommend it 👎👎👎

Deposit is half the first months rent but if you have good credit they're no deposit and I'm not sure about the online thing sorry
