I am diffenetly making a complaint with the apartment association 😁- it has been 12 days with no hot water, I wonder what’s the reason

I just called and they said that they had a new boiler put in two months ago and something is wrong with ot and they was working on it yesterday and they will br back out today and we should have hot water later tiday i stay in phase 1, and I've been having the same problem so i do understand.
