Why this place is not serving salad anymore, but they still have it in the menu. .the last few times I waited in line for nothing. Because they didn't have it. .

They should tell you that because of the tainted romaine coming out of California, most places removed salads all together temporarily.

Fill out a formal claim. Otherwise it will be just perception and frustration.
