I wasn’t expecting the personal service I received at the UPS Store for my office needs. The first woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful. They recreated a couple of files using Adobe Photoshop. The price was reasonable—and the manager, Jordan, helped me adjust my print job for a better price. This felt like having my own office team again. I couldn’t be more pleased!

I came to the UPS store to ship off a couple of items and they ripped me off because last time I pay 75. to ship off school supplies clothes and shoes and this time I paid 105. For 2 pairs of shoes clothes and 2 coats. Please.

Never a pleasant experience of late. Jordan was the only bright light there. For the most part employees act as if they could care less if you used the services of UPS. They should strive to act as if they are happy you chose their business for your needs.. even when they are not!! it's called being courteous and Customer Service!!

You will need to go into the store with the laptop to get an accurate quote. They need the size, weight, and postal code.
The packages don't have to fit in the box. If it's too big they will keep it behind the counter and put a note in your box. However, you'll only be able to pickup those packages during business hours.
You would need to contact UPS on that. The UPS Store doesn't run the brown trucks.
The largest they are able to print is 11 x 17.
Yes, they should have one through out the entire week. Usually until 5:15 pm
