The food was excellent once I received it. 20 mins in drive-thru and then wait. A fantastic Whataburger, just make sure you have time to wait. But, hey isn't good food worth a small wait.

The man the counter was rude and disrespectful to people and he was rude to us so I called and manager and they told him not to back talk customers but they still let him work not right

Really slow service. The food is usually ok but be prepared for long wait times.
They should tell you that because of the tainted romaine coming out of California, most places removed salads all together temporarily.
Must have been a glitch. I say contact them, and they will most likely do right by you and try another. Try the website.
