I am in a 2 bedroom n when I pay rent it's been a different price everytime. Then they say u get a gift card after u pay 3 months of rent on time n I'm going on 4 months n have not seen dat gift card yet.
For those who are unsure. Volara is a day to day rate apartment. That being said. Say you call Tuesday and they tell you it's 900 for example, but you come on Thursday to visit it could be 750. That price you are given when you put in you application will be your set price till the lease is up
It think it’s a race thing on price... seems everyone price is different, to not be government housing

2 room is $775 price went up. I do not think its $560.
I pay $ 560 water and electricity and gas included
