These are very nice updated apartments but will my 3year old be Able to go outside An enjoy himself has the Management go better ? pest control? Smells in your home gotten better?

No. The security is more akin to prison guards. Choose wisely. I'd rather live in apartments near Skillman and Audelia than deal with this mess.
