Yes but they don't enforce it much lately ..... my downstairs neighbors allow people to park in residential parking without parking passes And the management and towing company do nothing but yet my son comes over and misses registering his car in visitor parking by 5 minutes and the towing company almost takes off with his car.
Yes! They must have a visitors sticker visible on the front window and park in the visitors parking. The sticker is only good for 1 day, so you have to put aditional stickers for the time your visitors stay. Visitors have a 2 week max.
