No available parking! Not worth the money! Going up on the rent!… When I’m still waiting on things to be fixed that I’ve already reported to the office! Rains in my apartment!every time it rains! Drip pans don’t match the stove top! No rack in the dishwasher for utensils! And the amenities don’t exist! Pool out of order all summer

From a visitors point of view.. well my brother moved in. His apartment was lovely. Him and his wife have things placed outside that doesn't seemed to be bothered by any neighbors. He did report to me that his second week of living his truck was broken into. That can happen anywhere. I instantly noticed that it's pet friendly. Wasn't enclosed but a nice yard designated for dogs to doo. Poo pick up bags provided. Parking lot full of potholes and trash. Dumpster was over flowing with trash and furniture. Visitor parking labelled in one area and not convient for such a large complex. Walking distance to convient stores, hwy close by for easy travel.

I NEED SOMEONE FRM MANAGEMENT! I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAILBOX! ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW! NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE THAT IVE REQUESTED OR SUBMITTED DURING MOVE IN! Avpm Corp then click on resident and then click pay rent but you first have to call the office for a number to set it up for the first time that you pay. It is important that you chose the option of bank account and put in your routing and account numbers instead of doing it with the card number because when you use your card number there's a fee that's around $30
