This used to be a wonderful place to live. Maintenance was on-site and timely. The ladies in the office were great. I even recommended it to 3 friends. Notice I said used to be. The apartments were purchased in August of 2021. Things went down hill fast. Maintenence took 3 weeks if at all to show up. The office person changed like 4 times in less than 6 months. Rent went up a ton for the same out of date unit. They wouldn't even come when something went wrong. Myself and 2 of the people I recommended left. We all had issues getting our deposits back. We were told that we needed to pay a covid cleaning fee which was not mentioned in the lease agreements. They also will not answer my emails or calls concerning returning my deposit. It is disheartening the way they treat people especially tentants that have been there for years, paid rent on time every month amd left a sparkling clean unit behind. I wish they had never sold. Do not rent here if you can help it.
