This place is a scam! Do not try to rent from them, the people in the office lie. I was told my admin fee was refundable. It was not. I was approved but it took 6 days and countless phone calls to talk to someone. Even though I was approved I was told I had to pay 6 months upfront, apartment sight unseen as I’m moving from out of state or that I would have to get a 1 bedroom unit instead of a two bedroom unit. Even though I provided proof of income AND bank statements proving that I had more than enough to cover a years worth of rent. This place is shady, the people untrustworthy. I will be finding a different place.

This has to be the most unprofessional office staff and maintenance staff at any apartment community. They believe it’s okay to leave their tenants without electricity, water, A/C, and now my children’s bedroom has water leaking out of the ceiling in four different places. This puts their bedroom in an unlivable state. I had the maintenance man return my call just to hang up on me and tell me he can’t come out in the rain. Then when I called the office to make a complaint Iris at the front office told me there’s nothing she can do for me and her manager wasn’t available until sometime later today. I bet if it was their home where their children slept they would atleast come up with a temporary fix, we’re expecting rain for the next week and there’s NOTHING they can do for me. DO NOT LEASE FROM WESTLAKE GARDENS OR BELLA TERRA APARTMENTS!!!!

The girl worked really hard and as of September 1st my Fiancee and I will be moving into our first apartment together! So far so good! Update: 10/21/21 Been through some highs and lows my first year here. There's been a few maintenance issues but they have been fixed. The Fiancee and I are now husband and wife! After having COVID-19 in January and major health issues they have been great. Hope the second year will be much better health wise..... But I do love it here! Still a great place to live! Update: 3/9/2022: Still love it here but the new downstairs neighbors think they own the place and have no regard for others. They slam doors and bang on the walls all night. Also they constantly scream and play music too loud. They allow their kids to run around The parking lots at all hours of the night screaming and yelling! The kids have also vandalized my car and another neighbors car. New Years Eve they set off fireworks in the parking lot. Have reported this multiple times to Management and the cops. But nothing has been done. Update 9/16/2022: Now the neighbors across the way are being petty to the point of parking their cars on our side of the parking lot ring in front of our place to the point I have to park on father down....... I'm partially disabled and it's hard for me to move around anyway. The one neighbor has 3 cars and she keeps the one car she never uses parked where we normally park. Just to be petty. I don't see how they are allowed 3 cars anyways since it's 2 cars per apartment max!!
