The $150 is due at scheduling. After you complete the online questionnaire the nurse will call you within 48 hours to complete scheduling. They will then email you consents and contracts that need to be returned within 48 hours. Full payment of $6,900 is due at that time. We cannot guarantee your date until full payment is received. If you are financing the entire amount you don't have to send full payment. The financing company will send your payment before surgery.

Yes.. they have a payment plan. I'm not sure the details of the payment plan completely but do know you have to have it paid in full before the scheduled appointment. They are amazing there. It was worth every penny of our money.
