Notify your manager that your hours worked do not match the amount you were paid. It will be helpful to provide him/her with a copy of the incorrect paystub along with a time sheet printed from the corresponding pay period. Your Account Manager can check this information with their direct supervisor, who is the person that inputs the hours and pay each two weeks.
