Not directly, but there are ways to use it. Check YouTube.

I think you can use it. You can input your afterpay card into your Apple pay account and then use apple pay to make the payment. You should be able to do the same with android using Google wallet. There should be additional help on YouTube on how to do this. Hope this helps.
