I live in Grand Prairie. Do you have to be a resident of Arlington to reserve a meeting room at the George Hawkes location?

Hello Monica! To reserve a room at the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library you have to have a resident library card and or purchase a non-resident card. To reserve it for free, yes. I believe non-residents have to pay a fee.
