Without a title and insurance the car is not in my name how can i get my personal property out of the car

You need insurance no matter what the situation is. I would reccomend to call instead if the car is not in your name. They charge per day having your car, so do things ASAP. I paid around $140 for one day. And if you get insurance depending on the policy and coverage your looking at about $100 or more.
