Annual Assessments are due January 1st of every year. If not paid before February 1st, the late penalty is assessed. For information on your Association in particular, please call our main number at 281-463-1777 and ask to speak to the Accounting Representative assigned to your Association.
I have been calling that number for days now and left 3 messages for a call back and still have not heard any thing. Do I need to just come to the office to handle my problems?
