I purchased a manual reclining sofa , a manual reclining loveseat , a manual rocking recliner from the star furniture clear lake 20010 Gulf Freeway , webster tx. on the 10-14-2022 The manager said they could not delivery it till the 20 th. So i hired an outside delivery service for $160.00 to deliver it the next day. The delivery service went there to pick up what i ordered he said the people there showed them the furniture and would not help them load it up. and never looked at the paper work . a little while later the manager of the star store called me saying that they loaded the wrong furniture on the truck. By this time the truck had already delivered the stuff to me .I called the store manager and they said they would not deliver the right furniture till the 18 th the furniture is left in the garage and i can not get my truck in i am 80 years old and can not get the furniture in my house , the store wont pick it up. so i call corporate headquarters in houston no help from them i am out the $160 cant sit on my furniture . and can not put my truck in the garage till star comes gets it . The store is the one that messed up they should fix it today.
