Highly unprofessional customer support. Employee was yelling at my wife over the phone and basically threatening us into paying for fees/fines that were not justified. If you question the notices they send you they will quickly add more fees and fines for attorneys even after the first notice. Crooked company that will bully you in to paying. If this company represents your neighborhood then get to the meetings and dump them quick.

they claim yes, but actually no they slap the fine on your account asap and hope you don't contest.

As a general rule, July 4th is an observed holiday for garbage companies and service is suspended. Waste Management picks up in some of our communities and they notified us late yesterday afternoon that they will pick up trash today.
