I have a broken lease and they still allowed me to get the apartment but I did pay months upfront maybe you can work out a deal paying something upfront
They probably won't... when we rented they were turning someone down because of a broken lease. Save the app fee, and put it toward another complex. If you have doubts call and ask.
Not sure if they will. But I honestly don't think many apts do. I know they'll try hard to work with you though. Just have to go in and talk to them.
