Move in was 4-15-20, move in was a rush job. Broken promises about things that will be repaired/replaced when new management takes over. COVID to blame for everything per management. Renewed lease and still no improvements.. Still dealing with the lunatic under me beating on her roof/my floor when she hears movement. On top of poor management whom doesn't enforce upkeep with property. Pool still closed .. COVID still being used for the lack of on property. Now you can't get anyone to answer the phone ,return call, email. Smh. Has really went down since my sister lived here.. Used to be a beautiful nice kept up property. Haven't even offered to clean carpet and been here over yr. but have the nerve to enforce towing to put ppl in a bind, charging $1002 2/2 .. Disappointed.

Just moved in recently, didn't get to view the apartment prior to move in date, I wonder why... Roaches are definitely my first problem, theyre leaving the disgusting germs EVERYWHERE in the kitchen area and I seen a couple in my room and bathroom.. Never had to deal with any type of infestation until now.. i literally could cry because we were so excited to move in... Would've appreciated if we could've have at least gotten a heads up but Noone mentioned a single word about it.. dissatisfied if I would've known me & my husband would've went elsewhere with our money ... this is unacceptable...!!!

Hi Shannon and Tracee is the best they have made a change in the apartment you they needed too stay here the love there tenants these are the best apartment too move in because the manager are very nice the welcomeing committee is the best so u will feel home here and Shannon and Tracee needed too stay here they both made the property better and they are getting things fix around here thank you god for the both of them
