Our September delivery was rescheduled 3 times and we finally received it at the beginning of October. Now our October 29th was rescheduled to the 30th and no delivery was made. What's going on?

That happened to me and I'm furious. They also didn't take my empties. I tried to give them to a delivery guy and he said he couldn't take them. I'm so angry with this serve now.
