I've been getting water for 7+ years. As of recently they've been soliciting for new customers and what happens??? Now my water is always rescheduled and last month not delivered at all. Then I scheduled a week later and now I have to schedule again for later this month. They don't knock anymore and refused to pick up my empties. They're HORRIBLE now and you can't talk to customer service anymore either. It's unbelievable but I guess screw older customers for new ones.
U should've got it by now.
I suggest calling and tell them you are getting upset about all the rescheduling and you would like to have your product.
