I have had a horrible experience with this service. I have been delivered bottles that I’ve cancelled. I have not been delivered items that I originally placed. Worst of all there is no customer service number to contact and speak with a representative directly. I have even tried the customer service chat and after providing my information & concerns then not being able to respond in just 3 minutes, their agent closed out the chat so I would then have to wait again for another agent to be available. The communication is very poor & unprofessional. I’ve been dealing with this horrible experience for months!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

How is it that my mail and everything else comes to my house but thry seem to not know where my house is for delivery? Just started to receive orders from this company. This is my second time not receiving my delivery and they claimed I have. You charged my card twice for a delivery I never received. I have a doorbell for a reason. Driver took no pictures yet claimed to have made the delivery. Tragic. I need my full refund back. Totally not worth it.

This is the worst place,they have rescheduled My Delivery 4times already,and skipped my Delivery, didn't request it. So if you want a water Delivery,go somewhere else. .and they tried to charge me for a Delivery that Never happened..

Scammed how
That happened to me and I'm furious. They also didn't take my empties. I tried to give them to a delivery guy and he said he couldn't take them. I'm so angry with this serve now.
I've been getting water for 7+ years. As of recently they've been soliciting for new customers and what happens??? Now my water is always rescheduled and last month not delivered at all. Then I scheduled a week later and now I have to schedule again for later this month. They don't knock anymore and refused to pick up my empties. They're HORRIBLE now and you can't talk to customer service anymore either. It's unbelievable but I guess screw older customers for new ones.

Not sure what your asking? Picking up water? I do, they are busy buy efficient. They have a new ownership, so no sleeping on property anymore. They have security that doesnt allow it. But its very clean, keeps the yuck out

If it's a live load, not sure. But drop n hook, probably 24 hours.

Over 7 and a half hours after getting there 1 hour early,, unacceptable
If your there for a drp n hook they will not get to you before they work down the list to your name. I've sat there for 3 hrs just to get the paper work for my load. Nestle in Hawkins, TX in and out in twenty min.
Make sure you have safety vest won't talk to you.
