This location is not actually an AT&T Store, but a private retailer of AT&T products. If you are told by AT&T to go to an AT&T store for a return or some other sort of service, you will find out you cannot process that transaction here. If you look closely at the sign it says “AT&T Authorized Retailer” but no one outside of the store seems to acknowledge it is NOT an AT&T store, including google and AT&T. I have no issue with the associates or products. They helped as much as they could. It would be helpful if branding was more obvious.

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Pittsfield location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
No they don't accept cash, you can pay through your phone in seconds if you have a bank account, or a card through the at&t app.
