My wonderful parents began a trial at Wingate in September of 2021. The assistance, care, and support they've received while there have been outstanding. The staff is very solicitous of their needs and requests, and treats them with the friendliness and respect they deserve. The nursing team has provided wonderful responses when needed. Candidly, they miss the home they enjoyed for over 60 years, but the safety, support and care they've received living at Wingate has been a blessing, for them and for us, their children. Now that I have been at Wingate for 5 months, I am getting acclimated to my new lifestyle. The waitstaff is exceptional, they are pleasant and industrious. They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied. It is comforting to know that a nurse is always available to give good advice and care. The administrative staff has been great in keeping my daughter up to date on any concerns that she may have.

Staffing rations vary via shifts however in memory care it is 1 to 8.5 at all times. We have an amazing call system that has to be physically "cleared" which allows us to review response times regularly. We average around 5-7 minutes.
