Staffing rations vary via shifts however in memory care it is 1 to 8.5 at all times. We have an amazing call system that has to be physically "cleared" which allows us to review response times regularly. We average around 5-7 minutes.

They have the E call system which keeps track of exactly how long it takes to answer the call. It helps to keep people honest. I believe staff to resident ratio is an ongoing change.
