You should be fined for making charges and then wanting to drop them and you should do jail time don't waste the district attorney's time because it should be a crime. just like when somebody files a case to take someone to court it should charge them a minimum of $500 to use the courts time.. that way frivolous lawsuits would never be filed because people couldn't afford to put up the money.

I have seen parents of children who have HAD to file for a TRO for the safety of their son who was being abused. The thin blue line gang refused to intervene. Protecting children through the courts because they cannot get help through normal means (peace officers). The most RATIONAL thing is to file a restraining order. Miss Whitechaple seems to have tunnel vision and has an ODD antipathy for someone who wants to CORRECT something. Going to jail....Raven if you are in the justice system, get out. Or open your eye and realize it's not happening directly to you. Check your feelings at the door and be here to HELP those that are answering questions. Yell at your sponsor. Go to therapy. Beating up anyone asking for legal help does not deserve your castigations. Submitted for Raven's consideration.
