My fiancé bought a jersey and after the first wash (following the instructions on the tag provided) the numbers were peeling off. He contacted customer service and they just sent him an automated email stating that since he washed it, they can’t refund. Not his fault that the jersey was awfully crafted. Worst customer service we have ever had to deal with.
