You definitely should be!

Court is open.

You'll find parking on Filbert St opposite the hotel and on Arch St

That is the courthouse. It's near that big hotel. When you go in, go to where metal detectors and security are. Make sure you got your paper work they sent you with the address to appear and the room # of your hearing. Try to get there 10 to 15 minutes early. Don't bring any pepper spray or knives.

I'm not sure of the the first time offenders program. I do apologize I wasn't able to help you on this matter.

You can only change the court date for jury duty.

You cannot just call and reschedule. You must show up on date and time listed. If not, a bench warrant could be issued. You attorney will have to petition the court
