Great shop with really knowledgeable staff and selection. Well organized with ranges and training available. Also, that lounge looks comfy.

The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. A great place for those with an interest in firearms and shooting . They do it well.

I do not recommend this store. One employee was very rude with me simply because I am from the Middle East. A couple days a go we hire a trainer for two classes and she was not that frank with us. Bad place find another store.

Let me preface this by saying I don’t work for the store. I couldn’t help but respond to this. Sir you should really keep in mind that Zach is a person, not your servant. He may have things going on in his personal life, health or personal things that you don’t know about that may be stressing him out. I’m sure you have had bad days yourself. I have always had great interactions with Zach. Let’s all try to remember we all are humans, people and we are all on this journey together so let’s be kind to one another.
Yes
Wow.. that sounds like someone didnt wanna do some extra paperwork.
Yes, I certainly would. I think they are knowledgeable and the pricing is highly competitive. I have dealt with Joey since they opened many years ago.
Been wondering the same thing. I am a SPRINGER guy. Just left they do allow Airguns
If iyou let them know this is your first time shooting, they might have some suggestions for you. Personally, I would call them and ask for the manager, tell them your specific situation, and ask him/her any questions that you have to see if you get your desired result. Best of luck to you, it is a fun sport, but not a cheap sport. You can also rent any type of gun you desire, or two!!. Better yet, for someone in your situation, they hold classes there that teach you everything you need to know from beginner to Advanced subjects. It would probably be best to have some classroom instruction before you actually start shooting a gun. Learning about how to handle a gun, operate the controls, care and cleaning, and gun safety is SO very important, and you learn these things in The Beginner's class. A beginner is more likely to unintentionally discharge a firearm when carrying or cleaning, and could lead to injury or worse. Education is IMMENSELY VITAL, for your safety and that of others.!
Was told range is closed to the public 02 Apr 2022. That's fine, not a problem... But their website shouldn't state that it's open to the public if that's the case. I used to like this place alright, but either it's always been this way and their employees were just decent folks who didn't let it show, or something changed in the last few years because all you get now are those petty small business tyrant vibes... Shame the US only pours capital into crushing family farms/pharmacies/grocers/etc and not firearm ranges/stores.
You might want to call them because questions asked here in Google Maps aren't answered by employees of the gun range.
Yes, they have a gunsmith on site
If you go to their website it tells you hours, cost, and gun sizes allowed to be shot.
It was when I went in a few weeks ago. Very friendly staff too.
LMAO Yes, it's an indoor range. No It's not 1000 yards. That would be an amazing indoor range.
https://www.targetmaster.com/pages/firearm-nfa-transfer-policy Short answer is yes. Really, people, the question is not that hard to understand.
Better off trying to sell it to a friend cause they won't give you much for it
I bump into this problem alot. Unfortunately, there aren't many options nearby. TSS (Target Shooting Solutions) in Avondale will allow you to shoot up to .308 (as long as it is not steel). I recently purchased a state pass to use any of the State ranges, which has helped as well. Hope this helped.
Hello, it will be helpful for you to State your own personal definition of a slug gun. Any type of shotgun can shoot slugs, or are you talking about a black powder rifle?
Yes. Targetmaster will buy back used firearms in good or great condition. What they give you for it is a different story. Since they have to make a profit when they resell it, they will not give you what it is truly worth.,
Yes a good variety of the common guns people are interested in. You need to buy ammo from them if renting a gun. They will need your State issued ID or Driver's license. I tell everyone to shoot the same model gun you plan on buying. This is the perfect place for that
Like psycho said, there are different levels of memberships with different prices. Each one has different kinds of benefits. You should check their website to see which plan is best for you, as I believe some include certain classes pertaining to guns.
You know that is a very good question. Their greatest concern there is of the Ricochet effect, so I don't even know if that would apply to an air rifle. Their distance in the range is 25 yards. They do rent AR type rifles and even full auto sub guns, but only if you buy and shoot their frangible ammo. I would give them a quick call and ask them.
If you call them they can answer you
Yes. Probably best to check with them xfers were 35 - 50 last time I checked
Around 300$ for a membership, last I checked.
Yes you can shoot without a permit. Permits are for concealed carry only. Now with the range you need a second person with you if you have never shot there before. Due to an incident a while ago. All new customers need a person with them. Its their policy for new customers
