Let me preface this by saying I don’t work for the store. I couldn’t help but respond to this. Sir you should really keep in mind that Zach is a person, not your servant. He may have things going on in his personal life, health or personal things that you don’t know about that may be stressing him out. I’m sure you have had bad days yourself. I have always had great interactions with Zach. Let’s all try to remember we all are humans, people and we are all on this journey together so let’s be kind to one another.
Personal excuse is not a required term for your job. Just because the customer understands your up and down days doesn't mean that a good service should be ignored. If customers share you with understandings, please realize that is a courtesy, not a must-do. We all have up and downs. But you need to treat your job seriously. There is no excuse.
Yes everyone is human and we all have issues. However we cannot make excuses for Zach having personal issues and mistreating a customer as a result, like it or not, this is a business and if 1 paying customer has a bad experience you not only lose their business but potentially the business of all the people they told, and so on. If he was having a bad day, just take the day off.
About Zach I'm not allowed to bring my personal problems to work. He should either. .... customer service you are supposed to provide a great experience. Who cares now a days right. Our constitution barely meens Anything to half the population. Comm Jon P
I have worked for the store and I can say for sure Zach is indeed an impersonal jerk, but it is impersonal so how can you be offended by it lets be forreal.
Think back in your life, did you ever have a bad moment in time that you were not at your best? Sainthood is hard to come by. Maybe a kind word or two would have refocused the person known as Zach.
