Yes you can park overnight! My daughter and I slept there for over a week when i was running from my physically abusive ex. The only time a police officer bothered us was to tell us we had to eave so that the cleaners could powerwash the entire parking lot. They really don't mind overnight parking. Good luck!
I do believe most walmarts do allow 18 wheelers and travel trailers to park overnight
