Went in to ask for price of meds, had to wait 10 minutes for her to get in the computer asking for phone number 3 times. I was then asked to sit for 10 to 15 minutes on the price....why not tell me the process and let me decide if I have 30 minutes to wait, I was clearly in pain . My question was clear when i handed her the prescription, but didn't get an answer till she was done typing she was rude as rude gets.I had my paper returned, will NEVER return to Walgreens again. Today is Sunday so one more day of pain....English is not very well understood.

the Pharmacy is wonderful! I have been going here for years. On 7/16/22, I called to speak to Store manager about the hole in the parking lot. It obviously was a very sore subject. The manager went off on me, screaming. So very VERY unprofessional. That hole in the parking lot has gotten bigger in the last 5 years. I can not believe the store manager has let it go THIS long! There is only one way to exit store to Western Center. I sure hope it's fixed soon, and it doesn't damage someone's vehicle. I'm pulling my prescriptions from this store. The manager was rude. I won't give them my business.. too many other choices out here!
