I had being having some upper respiratory issues for over a week and finally decided I needed to go in. All of the staff was pleasant and kind. They told me costs up front which I was not expecting but appreciated. Very fast- probably the fastest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The made me comfortable and gave me options for treatment. Will definitely be back.

If the clinic is closed from 12:30-1:30 every day it’s probably not a good idea to accept appointments at 1:30. I try to arrive early for paperwork and had to just wait by the door with other sick people until the door was unlocked at 1:30. There were no patients in the clinic - as they just reopened yet it took half an hour to even be called back to a room! For that entire half hour I had to sit and wait while the entire clinic staff stood at the counter eating, laughing, joking SO loudly and in plain site of the waiting room. I have never witnessed more unprofessional behavior and I am a healthcare provider myself. It was infuriating while waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. After finally being called back it took an additional hour to get a weight, urine sample, and 2 minute exam by the PA. Then had to be outsourced for not only the ultrasound but also for labs! What urgent care doesn’t draw their own blood? My PCP’s office draws their own labs. Unless you need to be seen for a UTI or something super minor that doesn’t require blood work - you’re better off going somewhere else. An hour and a half with nothing done, no answers, and still need to make appointments at 2 other places. Will definitely not be back to this location.

This is not my first time going to this clinic. Each time i've been, the reception, nurses, and docs have been great. I went in today after suffering through one of the worst gout flare-ups of my life last night, I was out in 20 mins and had a steroid shot that cleared up the infection same day. Within 30 mins the pain was mostly gone and now tonight about 9 hours after the visit i'm back to normal. I cannot thank you enough. When gout is as bad as it was you start not thinking clearly (want to saw off your foot, or jump off a cliff). The relief from the shot was so so needed. Thank you.

While visiting family members in Texas, my 4 year old caught a cold and wasn't getting any better. I searched maps for Urgent Cares near me, and Expedian Urgent Care popped up first. I read a lot of really good reviews so I decided to take my daughter this morning as a walk in with no insurance. They took her in immediately. Everyone was really reeeally nice!!! Dr. Mia Taino was so sweet and efficient. She didn't waste time, and got me in and out in less than an hr. The cost was super affordable as well. I would recommend Expedian Urgent Care to everybody! ❤
